Recycling

Recycling Equipment made to efficiently reuse and recycle many materials from metal to foam.

Our range of products include shredders to reduce the size of materials and make them easier to recycle. We take pride in each piece of equipment we manufacture. You can rest assured that our equipment uses only the highest quality materials and parts and if well maintained, will operate year after year.

Partner: GENOX, Kowin

GENOX V-Series V600

V Series Single Shaft Shredders are small - medium size reduction machines suitable for processing a wide range of materials to a uniform particle size. The output products created can often be sold as is, or be sent for further processing through additional equipment (granulators briquetters etc). Throughputs typically range between 300kg/hr - 5,000kg/hr+ depending on the machine model, material type, screen size and application.

Typical applications for this versatile range of shredders include:

  • Plastics - Mouldings, Purgings/Lump, Profiles, Films etc.
  • Timber/Wood - Pallets, joiners Waste, Green Waste etc.
  • Paper & Cardboard - Confidential Documents, Production Waste, Packaging Materials etc.
  • Copper - Household, Automotive, Telecoms and Industrial Cables including S.W.A
  • Aluminum - Used Beverage Cans (UBC's), Swarf, Cables etc.
  • Textiles - Carpet (Rolls & Tiles), Garments etc.
  • Foams - Production Waste, Insulation Materials, Product Fillings etc.

Plastic Washing Systems

Our Universal Plastic Washing Plants are high performance recycling systems for the recovery of rigid or flexible plastics from derived from various sources, including materials with high contamination levels.

We are able to provide effective, customised proposals and cost-effective solutions by listening to and understanding our customer's needs. These modular systems are capable of processing general plastics including:

  • HDPE Bottles
  • PE Films
  • PP Woven Bags
  • PET Bottles

Tyre Recycling Systems

End of Life tyres presents a severe environmental problem. Ever increasing traffic volumes, our reliance on motor vehicles, and stricter legislation usable tyre life is resulting in faster growing mountains of used tyres worldwide. PES recognizes this problem and has therefore focused on the design and development of a range of advanced tyre recycling plants to tackle the issue.

These fully automatic systems, whereby manual debeading of the tyres is not necessary, feature ambient temperature processing, and don't create any form of secondary pollution. The plants are easy to operate and maintain, requiring only basic training. Ongoing operational costs are amongst the lowest in the industry.
